A Bonus Stage is a Super Monkey Ball stage which, as the name suggests, contains bonus points. They only appear in Challenge Mode in all difficulties except for Master.
Description
A bonus stage contains a large amount of bananas, usually 50, that the player has to collect all of the bananas within the time limit. It is recommended that you collect these bananas, as they can grant you 1-Ups. If you fall off the stage or if the timer reaches 0, you don’t lose a life, but you move on to the next stage.
Trivia
- Super Monkey Ball Adventure and Super Monkey Ball: Ticket Blitz are the only games to not have any bonus stages.
- Starting in Super Monkey Ball: Touch & Roll, the Master stages also have bonus stages.
