Brandished is the 14th Expert stage in Super Monkey Ball 2 and the 33rd Expert stage in Super Monkey Ball Deluxe. It also appears as the 143rd Ultimate stage with continues and the 183rd without continues.
In Story Mode, it appears as World 6-4 in Super Monkey Ball 2 and as World 6-6 in Super Monkey Ball Deluxe. It is given a 5 out of 10 difficulty rating.
Description[]
This stage is made up of a big, circular platform with a sewing needle attached to a stake in the middle. The sewing needle swings in a fast 360 degree motion. The goal is attached to the tip of the needle.
Goal Tutorial[]
To get to the goal, roll onto a certain area of the stage where the goal will come swinging at you. Stay put. Your monkey will break the goal tape when the goal comes to you if you roll to the right area. If it looks like the needle is about to hit you, stay there, or roll slightly back. With this strategy, you should beat the stage.
Trivia[]
- In Super Monkey Ball 2, it is possible to ride around inside the gap of the needle. However, due to the inside walls of the gap in the needle being turned into slopes in Banana Mania, it is no longer possible to ride around inside this gap at high speeds in said game.
